Screenprinting
I fell in love with screenprinting back in 1981 at the start of my Art Foundation Course and it became the main medium in my Fine Art degree show in 1985. I taught Art and Design for 28 years finishing in 2015. After spending several years establishing my Aerial Artwork business, in 2019 I was delighted to be able to kit out my studio with all the equipment and materials I needed to start screenprinting again. My studio space is restricted so all my recent prints are 30cm square. Nevertheless, I can once more squeegee ink across a mesh stencil, and experience the incomparable excitement of lifting the frame, never knowing exactly what image will emerge.
